I am the Supply Chain Manager for McDonalds Restaurants of Ireland. Establish a Supply Chain Strategy for 2017 with focus areas for cost savings and efficiencies. Establishment of base measurements and metrics for measurement of success. I also manage the relationship with the 3PL provider (Martin Brower). I am the project lead for the design and implementation of a cost savings project along with the 3PL partner to drive positive change and best practice. Re-engagement of the ROP project across the McDonalds Restaurants (sales forecasting and order management). I was the Supply Chain Manager for the second largest Independent Brewery in Ireland. I work on the Management team in the Brewery under the COO. I bring a wealth of experience to this export led business while having a managerial role in the day to day running to the business at a local level, including Production Planning, Demand Planning, Purchasing, Warehousing and Logistics. I was General Manager for Gleeson Property, a division of M&J Gleeson & Co Ltd. During my time Gleeson was bought by C&C and I was a Lead team member in the integration of the two companies supply chain operations. During my time as GM I had a focus on process development across the Groups 8 distribution depots as well as the day to day Management of the Dublin Distribution Depot and also the Gleeson Wines and Spirits Company. Along with my team of over 80 people across administration, planning, distribution and Warehousing I managed the supply chain for the Dublin Distribution Depot with 20 trucks distributing next day deliveries across Dublin and also the Gleeson Wines and Spirits Business Distribution Nationally.
