It is with great excitement and sadness, that I’m announcing a change for me. After seven years with Sun Country Highway, I have joined another incredible team – Electrum Charging Solutions (ECS).As of Monday, June 4, I will be working with ECS.I will be involved more deeply in the electric vehicle space and with more product to offer customers, (including Sun Country Highway equipment), than I ever thought possible. The great team at ECS provides every element of what it takes to implement a charging station strategy. · Engineering· Planning· Logistics· EVSE selection and sales· Installation· Service With access to more than a dozen manufactures plus those that I will bring to ECS, we will have pricing, features and solutions for every budget and every project – Large or Small.With lessons learned at Sun Country Highway, this opportunity provides me the increase in managerial scope that prior, I was not able to achieve. My role at ECS will be to respond to RFP’s, consult on large scale projects, identify project opportunities, as well as direct large-scale projects that will include large corporations, municipalities, developers, government and regulatory bodies by providing the one-stop solution. And I’m also happy to add that all my past contacts and customers will still get the same levels of service that they’ve come to expect from me. I will still be approachable and work at the individual project level for all those that have worked with me in the past.Thank you to all those that have supported me and the Sun Country Highway team! Now I can help all projects and requests with greater choices and service levels.

Due to my workload at Electrum Charging Solutions, I have stopped my official duties at Westwood Honda. That said, if any of my friends or colleagues are looking for a pre-owned electric vehicle, I will be forwarding that request to Westwood Honda for their attention. I would like to thank the great team at WH for their care and attention to my customers and the fun atmosphere that resides at this amazing dealership. My short time there was a great experience and my only regret is that I wish I had done this much earlier. On another note, I will be assisting them with their marketing collateral as well as providing them with industry updates and technical information that they will pass along to their EV customers. Adding to my sustainability repertoire, I am now brokering electric vehicles through Westwood Honda in Port Moody. My experience with Sun Country Highway puts me in a very unique position to provide consumers with a one-stop-shop experience when considering the purchase of an electric vehicle. I can now put people in an electric car, provide them with a charging station, help with the logistics of installation, educate a new EV driver, assist with service and also help guide Strata installation logistics.Can't wait to start making a difference now with cars - I've succeeded with infrastructure - this has now gone full circle.

This position requires me to assist the national office of Electric Mobility Canada (EMC), in the implementation of regional and provincial components as they pertain to the national mandate. The BC Chapter is very active with members from the private and public sectors. EMC is involved with stakeholder groups in the roll out of an electric vehicle public awareness program. We also act as an advocacy group when called upon by stakeholders.We work with government as a feedback mechanism on regulatory issues as well as industry members.
