As CEO and board member, I oversee all aspects of the operations of TMC Global Professional Services, with overseas offices in 9 countries throughout Eastern Europe and Central Asia, and two offices in the US in Virginia and New Mexico. TMC got its start, and continues to operate, as a US Government contractor on programs with the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), the national laboratories and with other DoD customers; and in project management on an international project at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant site (ChNPP). I am responsible for all activities for the company, including facilitating the strategic direction of the company, overseeing operational performance, managing it's finance, accounting, contracts and other administrative functions, leading M&A activities, establishing benefit programs, and providing a safe and professional environment for TMC's employees worldwide.

Initially was a senior financial executive for several of the QinetiQ North America (QNA) companies finance and accounting functions. Subsequently managed the integration of 10 companies' financial systems into one consolidated Deltek Costpoint system and established a financial shared services center for QNA in Albuquerque, NM.

Apogen was acquired by QinetiQ North America in September 2005 and began operating under the QinetiQ name in January 2007. During its brief existence as an independent company, I oversaw the company's finance & accounting functions, led integration efforts, participated in M&A activities including due diligence, interfaced with the government contracting oversight representatives (DCAA and DCMA), managed facility operations and was the overall office manager for the Albuquerque, NM office.

As Chief Financial Officer for this $95 million defense contractor, I was responsible for all facets of finance, accounting and contracts activities, including both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, internal process development and streamlining. SEA was sold in 2004 and subsequently merged into Apogen Technologies Inc.

As VP, Finance and Administration for this $50 million US Government Contractor, I was responsible for all administrative functional activities for the company, including finance, accounting, human resources, contracts, information technology and security. I led one of the earliest implementations of the Deltek Costpoint ERP systems in 1996 which received recognition as the fastest implementation at the time. I was also responsible for buy-side M&A transactions, process improvements and the establishment of a Costpoint implementation consulting profit center.

As an auditor for this international public accounting firm, I held progressively more responsible audit positions to the audit manager level. My areas of significant focus were audits of US government contractors, financial institutions and colleges and universities. During my five years with AA&Co., I completed over 50 audits.
