Kearl Oil Sands Project

• Reports to the Turnover/Handover Leads for site-wide scope of SCDB related duties.
• Establish and maintain the ORBIT database and ensure all users are trained in the use of the database
• Ensure that A, B and C check sheets are recorded correctly in database and updated progressively.
• Maintain status and produces reports as requested for punch list item clearance status.
• Ensures engineering data is updated in accordance with revision updates of key documents, i.e. cable schedules etc.
• Populate tags into sub systems.

Kearl Oil Sands Project

• Review & prepare TCP’s for turnover to IOL
• Assist IOL with signing off for Handover of TCP’s
• Maintain the punchlists for the project
• Assisting HVAC in daily work scope, ordering materials and punchlist coordination

Cenovus-Christina Lake Project

• Practiced and ensured adherence to all health and safety procedures and guidelines
• Sourcing, ordering, receiving, sorting and issuing as well as inventory control with cycle counts
• Assisting the planning department and the Foremen in ordering the proper materials and verifying delivery timelines for installations
• Created inventory and expediting reports from Excel and JDE
• Creating spreadsheets for control of excess wire and inventory to minimize its onsite time and maximize inventory turnover

Albian Sands Expansion 1- Froth Treatment / Lake Gasifier Project

• Practiced and ensured adherence to all health and safety procedures and guidelines
• Working with estimating team to evaluate original work scope completed
• Walking down tags, verifying work to go, identifying deficiency work, compiling and delegating deficiency list work
• Identifying and verifying electrical trends and creating worksheets for the field to work against
• Developed and field tested an electronic delivery method for progress reporting by field auditors – increasing field time and reducing office time for the electrical surveyors
• Evaluating and entering progress from the field into work to go lists for progress reporting
