• Reports to the Turnover/Handover Leads for site-wide scope of SCDB related duties.• Establish and maintain the ORBIT database and ensure all users are trained in the use of the database • Ensure that A, B and C check sheets are recorded correctly in database and updated progressively.• Maintain status and produces reports as requested for punch list item clearance status.• Ensures engineering data is updated in accordance with revision updates of key documents, i.e. cable schedules etc.• Populate tags into sub systems.• Identify outstanding tags with reasons for inability to allocate to sub systems due to engineering shortfalls.• Maintain the SCDB for mechanical completion and ensures validity of same.• Prepares and issues mechanical completion progress status reports• Identify revisions weekly and provide change reports as required by management• Maintains and updates System boundary scope drawings.• Maintains the SCDB for static/dynamic commissioning and ensures validity of same.• Identify changes and raise directly with Commissioning Leads (or designate), to confirm incorporation of changes into existing sub systems or identify where new sub systems required.• Incorporate revised sub systems changes into database where applicable• Run status reports, and compile tracking spreadsheets for punches and tags that are still open for construction and commissioning during the hand over process to Operations• Identify work scope that is outstanding that can be completed before hand over to Operations• Ensure tracking registers are up to date and are available on the local network so that all users have the same, current data available everyday• Review handover binders for completeness, highlighting issues that need to be addressed to the appropriate people
