Minor works/maintenance including PPM

Comleting planned and reactive maintenance work at the Sunshine Plaza, Maroochydore, for Trdent Services Australia contracted under Lendlease.

Have been made redundant along with 3 other maintenance personal due to costs within the organisation and restructure within the maintenance sector as of 4th December 2020. In my position with blue care, I complete and oversee all the planned and preventative programmed maintenance inhouse and contractual for Blue Care at both Melany & Caloundra sites, including independent living units. In my position with blue care, I complete and oversee all the planned and preventative programmed maintenance inhouse and contractual for Blue Care at both Melany & Caloundra sites, including independent living units. This not only includes hands on but also includes updating the reports so that assets are barcoded and tracked within a maintenance system, therefore all preventative & planned maintenance on plant and equipment is logged as all works are performed on these assets. Taking on the building supervisor role with Spotless allowed me to continue advancing my skills within my trade background and beyond and I sincerely thank spotless for this. My role included overseeing grounds, gardens and the building facility with hands on opportunities included. In this role planned, preventative and reactive work was always at hand, with a maintenance computer programme at hand for completed entries to be recorded at all times. I was also involved in working with and helping the maintenance planner with inputting important required A/S maintenance into the new computer maintenance program.
