My main tasks revolves around generating detail design documents related to transitioning client production accounting, commercial allocation and carbon emission tracking and reporting requirements to a process using the EnergySys software solution.

Site Process Focal Point for Ensuring Safe Production (ESP) (assessed, embedded, documented and improved processes related to situational awareness, managing limits and alarms, proactive monitoring and managing abnormal situations). Lead efforts related to the installation and implementation of two Shell global IT solutions, one related to managing daily operational information and the other related to managing QGC's master alarm database information. Pursued efforts related to migrating paper based read sheets converted to an electronic process (included reporting on a global KPI).Developed algorithms and helped build, test and embed a bespoke software applications designed to track the transfer of custody of assets between Drilling, Projects and Operations (several hundred transfers a month).Updated the outdated “Temporary Equipment Procedure” and the “Care, Custody and Control” procedures.Direct Reports: 4

Lead a team of engineers responsible for applying a structured and integrated approach to data gathering (and management), modelling, interpretation, and identification of production enhancing opportunities and intervention designed to maximize value of ~1000 coal seam gas wells, 5 field compressor stations and a central processing plant. Successfully implemented functional requirements to realize production growth to a stable 400+ mmscf/day.Direct Reports: 5

Woleebee Creek was the last major BG Group QGC asset area to be developed and commissioned for operations. Established, maintained and grew initial dewatering activities to assure that enough gas was available to commission 5 Field Compressor Stations, one Central Processing Plant and several hundred kilometers of water and gas gathering lines and transmission lines.Direct Reports: 5

Bellevue CPP is one of the main processing plants for Shell QGC’s central area asset. Developed strategy and coordinated efforts to redirect enough central area gas (from legacy assets) to commission 3 Field Compressor Stations, one Central Processing Plant and several hundred kilometers of water and gas gathering lines and transmission lines.

Took up role as the Southern Asset Developments focal point responsible for ensuring that there would be enough gas available to commission 6 field compressor stations and 1 central processing plant. The only source of gas was from ~500 new coal seam gas wells.Successfully planned and coordinated activities relating to delivery of the exploration and appraisal well program

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of all newly acquired legacy facilities (2 central processing plants and 4 field compressor stations). Relocated to Chinchilla Queensland, from BG Group’s head office in the UK.Direct Reports: 6

BG Advance was responsible for all technical functions across BG Group. Production Engineering was part of the Ops and Well Engineering function. Recommended, recorded and monitored dispensations; ensured assets had a risk and opportunities register; maintained production management standards and guidelines; identified, reported on and helped bridge competency gaps; developed strategic plans in-line with longer term operational and production needs; maintained regular contact with assets in order to assist with optimizing production.

► Coordinated the BGA Operations and Well Engineering work programme, and the business risk management process► Assisted with the summer student and graduate engineering employment programme► Facilitated regional production choke model reviews.

► Contributed to Sundown and Jackpine property swaps, and member of the negotiating team to acquire firm transportation and processing services► Annual preparation, assurance and delivery of approved exploration programmes for the Ojay and Lynx Deep Basin areas► Prior to Q2 2005, supported all Asset E&P activities, and took on the role of Deep Basin Team Lead in Q2 2005.

► Managed a community enhancement budget specifically targeted towards aboriginal programs that involved youth, community, elders, or the preservation of traditional culture► Responsible for the acquisition of all Piikani Nation Chief and Council approval to conduct exploration and production related activities on Federally recognised Aboriginal land► Carried out First Nation consultation for all capital projects with 8 First Nations who claim traditional territory on exploration acreage in North East BC and Alberta► Coordination of all E&P activity on Piikani Nation, including consultation and emergency response plans to drill wells► Worked to create economically sustainable and capacity building opportunities for First Nation owned companies► Responsible for the acquisition of all Canadian Federal Government approval to conduct E&P activities.

► Reported to the VP of Aboriginal Relations on aspects of Aboriginal Relations, coordinated a 3D seismic program on 80 square miles of Piikani Nation land, and held other role accountabilities similar to those listed in above role► El Paso held permits and leases on 5 First Nations from which gas and/or oil was produced, and maintained relationships with 17 different First Nation groups.

Jury member tasked with awarding NAAF scholarships to deserving applicants. Process involved review of several hundred applications. Was a jury member for several years in a row.

► Worked as a team member tasked with transitioning the acquisition of goods and services to an internet based process.

► With a core focus on competitor analysis, also conducted a study to understand how vertically permeability affects the growth of the steam chamber in a “huff and puff” in-situ project.

► Responsible for all engineering activity related to the gas conditioning process, with particular attention to inlet separation, dehydration, cryogenic and reliability engineering related processes.
