 Primary relationship point of contact for assigned mutual fund clients and financial intermediaries, serving as the liaison between the client and various functional areas within Boston Financial. Responsible for managing client expectations and ensuring that those client expectations are met in a timely and mutually satisfactory manner. Closely work with the senior level management to prioritize and execute global client initiatives, industry initiatives and training department associates.  Lead project manager introducing new company business, and system enhancements. Continually build and leverage credible relationships with internal and external clients to achieve desired outcomes of retention and satisfaction. Review and analyze current department operating procedures; recommending and implementing new procedures to improve delivery of services provided to clients. Manage department personnel on a project by project basis. Lead department roundtables providing information on upcoming client and system initiatives. Create corporate presentations on key focus areas to help inform and educate on important events.

Nscc Support Services

 Review and analyze current department operating methods/procedures; recommend and implement new/revised procedures to improve delivery of services provided to clients. Provide status reports and respond to questions from clients and management, as well as manage department personnel on a temporary/project basis. Review documents and research system problems as well as oversee the testing results for new programs. Provide technical support to department/division personnel, answering questions, providing programming and problem resolution support on software issues and assisting with the training of users as necessary.

Nscc Support Services

 Oversee trading for over 62 mutual fund companies and 20 employees. Perform quality control checks over daily workflow. Maintain an effective and efficient processing environment for the broker dealers and fund companies that trade through the NSCC (National Securities Clearing Corporation).

Nscc Support Services

Manage and assist associates with training. Process quality checks on complex transactions from investment firms. Process daily transactions using the DST system.
