Rob Maple is President of Maple and Associates. He serves executives of Fortune 500 companies by providing executive coaching, designing and facilitating action learning programs for high potential executives, and developing executive talent management systems that significantly increase the firm’s leadership capability.  Prior to launching Maple and Associates in 2000, Rob was Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Legal for Deerfield, Illinois-based Dade Behring Company and was a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team. From 1995 to 1999, Rob was with Allstate Insurance Company where he formed Human Resources Performance Solutions. As a Senior Officer with the company, he was responsible for a 140 person internal consulting organization that received the 1999 “Most Innovative H.R. Department” award from Linkage, Inc, and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Judges for this award included Ed Lawler and Dave Ulrich. Prior to 1995, Rob was a Partner and Managing Director with Andersen Worldwide (Arthur Andersen and Accenture). Rob is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the International Society of Performance Improvement and is a former director and Chair of the national board of ASTD. He is also a trustee and vice president of a local school foundation, a member of the board of deacons at his church and was the past president of a local United Way.Rob holds a B.A. in management and an M.B.A. in Organizational Development.
