A proven executive management track record and over 20 years of international experience driving growth and building successful executive teams in the Energy and Aerospace industry. Prior to joining Signal Power, Mr. Marchitello was the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Airem Energy, a global OEM of sustainable energy solutions. Prior to Airem Energy, Rob spent over nine years with AFGlobal as a partner and held various executive leadership roles related to Aerospace, Oil and Gas & Power Generation. At AFGlobal, he was part of the Mergers and Acquisitions committee that raised $600 million in growth capital and acquired multiple companies in the oil field service industry. Prior to AFGlobal, Mr. Marchitello gained much of his management experience with power technology at Siemens Energy in various roles and ultimately leading the Industrial Power business for the Americas.
