Responsible for managing the day to day training functions - including the development of course syllabi, instructor assignments and classroom management. In addition, oversee the ATS program and record keeping of all required training and standards documents for the entire InFlight department.

Performed all necessary flight attendant duties on domestic and international routes. Responsibilities included assisting customers with special needs or requests, meal and drink service, assisting pilots and other flight crew, and performing all relevant safety procedures.
