Secondarily, my responsibility was to sell to correspondent customers fee income producing bank products, such as the portfolio of Elan credit card, ATM/Debit card and leasing products, check processing, Fed Funds lines, Trust Preferreds, BOLI and other bank products. • This division represents one of the last vestiges of true relationship banking, where a sales opportunity is based more upon the relationship developed between the decision makers at correspondent banks and myself, than on price of the product. I have enjoyed considerable success over the years developing and conducting business in this manner. 1/03 – 7/04 Vice President, Sales Manager, Business Banking Group•I managed a $51 MM Business Banking Loan Group located in Omaha, Ne.• I assumed responsibility for creating a strong business development and sales focus while maintaining high asset quality.•I managed cross sales of key US Bank products to business banking customer base.•I managed a 6 officer, 2 support person staff. •I coordinated commercial business development among 18 retail branches.• For 2003, my group achieved $14.8MM in business banking loan production.• By 1st quarter 2004, my group was ranked number 3 nationally in production per FTE, from a starting point of last in the nation when I assumed the position 1 year prior.•In the 2nd quarter 2004, my group had achieved a commercial loan production pipeline totalling in excess of $6MM, ranking 5th nationally.
