I am Business owner at M3 Management BV, a consulting and advisory business for international shipping and finance. I am also happy to support SME businesses and startups in the Netherlands, and Owner/Director of a local publishing and media (family) business, Uitkijkpost Media BV.With over 30 years of experience in the maritime, transportation, and offshore sectors, I have developed a deep and diverse expertise in shipping finance, controlling, CFO roles, merger and acquisition, change management, start-ups and restructuring, ship management, liner ship agency management, general management and strategy, and financial planning and analysis. I have also held senior finance executive positions in Asia and Europe, working with leading global companies such as Sinokor Group, Maersk Line, and P&O Nedlloyd. In addition, I serve as a member of the pension fund accountability board at Stichting Nedlloyd Pensioenfonds, that oversees the strategic decisions and the balance of interests of all stakeholders. My mission is to leverage my extensive industry knowledge and network, my analytical and problem-solving skills, and my passion for technology, innovation and growth to create value and impact for clients, partners, and businesses. I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams, and I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities.
