The objective of this national strategic and sales role is to, i) develop strategic plans and associated sales and marketing strategies, ii) build relationships and secure new projects in targeted sectors, iii) drive the development of appropriate new systems and processes within the business.

Leadership and management of all staff, commercial negotiations and contract management, business development, relationship management and retention and recruitment of key staff.

Strategic and business planning and implementation, business development planning and implementation, project direction, financial management and reporting, marketing strategy development and sales, property development and investment portfolio growth and diversification, and health and safety system establishment.

Focused on creating shareholder value through business transformation and continual improvement with a focus on some of the following activities: strategic and business planning and implementation, financial management and reporting, marketing strategy development and sales, business growth and diversification, international business development, Health and Safety system establishment, staff performance and quality management system (ISO certification) development.

Managed many significant property and infrastructure projects across the North Island. Successfully led a vast range of residential, rural and commercial land development, environmental and infrastructure projects. Combined technical knowledge, networking skills, client relationship skills and extensive experience to deliver a range of projects from concept to completion.
