Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations. Recruit, hire and supervise staff(sitesupervsiors,service reps,administration ect.) work in a fast paced environment, work under pressure, deal with tight deadlines, and pay attention to detail.Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor the progress. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements. Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control. Select trades/vendors and co-ordinate their activities. Plan and manage budgets. Direct the purchase of building materials.
