Consolidated the business to a core group of profitable assets.• Boudin Holdings – Developed a turnaround plan that was adopted by the Board. The plan resulted in a 4X increase in EBITDA and a successful refinance of their debt facility. Consulted with the company 1/2018 thru 5/2018 then became their CEO on 6/2018 to implement and execute the turnaround plan.• Red Robin – Developed a pizza/burger co-branding concept with Red Robin senior management. Sourced and helped secure their pizza partner. Red Robin and Donato’s currently have 50 co-branded locations in operation.• Corner Bakery – Engaged with Corner Bakery to perform a comprehensive review of their West Coast operations with the objective to improve sales and financial performance. • Dosh – Helped secure business meetings between Dosh, a leading fin tech company, with senior executives of 6 major restaurant brands.• Dunkin Brands Franchisee – Consulted with a franchisee of Dunkin Brands to provide M&A and new unit development advice. Currently developed 5 locations.• Independent Restaurant Operator – Provided an independent operator of a local well-known restaurant both advice on profitability improvement and developed an exit strategy.
