A contract role to provide business analysis services across multiple projects for the Market Services, Service Transformation team within MBIE.Highlights:- Facilitated workshops with the head of Market Services and 7 branch GMs to determine how the Group's customer-facing public services would be prioritised or scaled-back under different COVID modelling scenarios of reduced staffing availability (this was in the early days pre-lockdown).- Member of the NZ Government COVID Response 'Critical Workforce' workstream during COVID Level 4 lockdown. I provided BA services to help get this function defined and operating.- Part of a special project team for the head of Market Services to design and establish a new governance framework for the Group.- Member of the cross-agency project team that setup and operationalised the online voucher system that is a key part of NZ's COVID Managed Isolation and Quarantine system.- Designed the business future-state for the MBIE Occupational Licensing Team to bring their four siloed licensing regimes together under a standardised processing model and 'One Team' operating structure.- Led a service design process to design improvements to the tenancy bond service as part of a programme of work to implement a new business strategy and replace the technology platform.

Project lead for re-design of Quitline’s online channel. The website now supports half of Quitline’s business at very low operating cost and is the best performing channel in terms of client outcomes.

Senior BA and later Lead BA for ACC Online: online services for levy payers and tax agents. I played a key role defining the Online Roadmap, and subsequently moved into a lead BA role in project delivery.

‘Ask Kiwibank’ Knowledge Management Project: The bank’s #1 priority project at the time - to provide front-line service delivery staff in call centres and retail outlets with rapid access to policies, procedures, and product information. I developed the requirements and business case and played a key role in the solution design. Strong focus on usability and design of the underlying content model. Successful delivery.

Annual Plan Budgeting System: I was Technical Lead on a large project implementing Peoplesoft Financials Budgeting to support council-wide budget data entry, and real-time cube-based analytics during Council annual plan meetings.
