A contract role to provide business analysis services across multiple projects for the Market Services, Service Transformation team within MBIE.Highlights:- Facilitated workshops with the head of Market Services and 7 branch GMs to determine how the Group's customer-facing public services would be prioritised or scaled-back under different COVID modelling scenarios of reduced staffing availability (this was in the early days pre-lockdown).- Member of the NZ Government COVID Response 'Critical Workforce' workstream during COVID Level 4 lockdown.
