Hired on a contract basis to provide installation services across Canada. This position involved the expansion of Cantels cellular network, using Ericsson’s digital AXE switch, and installation of A.T.& T’s 5 ESS switch. Other installations included P.C.S. for Clearnet, and ISDN troubleshooting for Rogers.

Managed all elements of the installation and testing of over 150 CALRS sites (611 telephone repair system) in Mexico City. Responsibilities included, preparing work estimates, hiring staff, scheduling, training, cost management, and overseeing of the complete Remote test unit installation. Additional responsibilities included the management of over 15,000 square feet of industrial warehousing for repair and storage of equipment.
