Migrated two clients from legacy data centers to strategic data centers with zero unplanned outages, creating migration plans and mitigating risk. Maintained project documentation, completing periodic status reports and presentations for senior stakeholders, project sponsors, and clients.• Three-month Secondment to Data Centre Facilities:Supported network infrastructure upgrade process, managing procurement, installation, and commissioning of new inter-hall backbone cabling (single mode and multimode fibre).• Four-month Secondment to DXC Client Account Team:Played key role in recovering Active Directory and Citrix environments following major cyber-attack in 2017. Managed offshore delivery teams in rebuild and restore of Citrix environments, as well as 96 domain controllers for 48 countries.

Transformed failing project after six months, successfully delivering migration within remaining seven months to allow legacy data centers to be closed on time. Managed migration of ESM-owned assets to two strategic data centres in Europe, reducing overall footprint.

I spearheaded the design, specification, and roll out of solutions, services, and products in the UK, managing resources from software, hardware, and R&D teams throughout Europe. I provided technical support to the UK Sales team, proposing solutions (and developments where required) in response to tenders and RFQs.Key Accomplishments:• Managed development of new systems and services, including parking card scheme for emissions-based parking charges, rolling it out across 400+ P&D machines.• Co-ordinated "Connected Services" (SIM cards, credit card processing, back-office solutions) for 50+ UK clients.

I was responsible for the delivery of UK projects, adding management reporting, project resource planning, and staff management to my duties.Key Accomplishments:• Supervised two direct reports, as well as assigned engineers from service team, in delivery of all UK installations of Pay-on-Foot parking systems totaling approximately £2m per annum.

I managed installation projects throughout the UK for a variety of clients, including private car park operators, local authorities, construction companies, rail operators, and shopping centres, valued from £50k to £1m. Key Accomplishments:• Managed as many as 10 Pay-on-foot installations simultaneously for clients across UK from receipt of order to customer sign-off and handover.• Co-ordinated installation of multiple Pay-on-foot systems, including two Eurostar stations and Parkeon’s biggest Pay-on-foot system installation and upgrade in UK on time and within budget.• Liaised with OEM suppliers, civils, and cabling contractors as well as principle contractors, on CDM projects, creating and maintaining all project documentation and managing P&L.• Provided technical support for Sales team, proposing technical solutions and conducting site surveys.

As part of the apprenticeship, completed engineering placements in all departments of GKN Driveline Birmingham and GKN Driveline Walsall. During this time, I gained valuable knowledge manufacturing processes, quality systems, operations management whilst working in a variety of team environments.
