Rob is a Professional Engineer, a native of Victoria and firm believer in building relationships. His practical experience is broad - ranging from Commercial and Light Industrial to Institutional with a focus on Healthcare - always enjoying the challenging and complex designs that hospital systems often demand. Rob believes that a successful design begins with the understanding of the stakeholder’s needs and constraints and that the focus should be on providing sustainable, cost effective solutions that provide energy efficient and robust systems for the life cycle of the project, not just first capital costs. He is a proponent of new technologies, constantly meeting with suppliers and manufacturers to be abreast of the latest innovations and products so he may introduce them into his designs when it makes financial and sustainable sense. Rob has always been an entrepreneur, prior to his engineering career he was the sole proprietor for more than three companies - ranging from landscaping to a dot-com company that used 3-D modeling and renderings to help inventors take their ideas to market.
