The Regeneration of New Addington – Lead Consultant tasked with supporting the Local Authority with the selection of a Development Partner for the Mixed Use Redevelopment of the civic centre of New Addington as part of a land transfer deal, including a PCT Facility.Sadlers Farm Junction to the A13 – Traffic Relief Project – Procurement Consultant tasked with supporting the Local Authority with all procurement aspects of a complex £80 million Highways Project.The Royal Berkshire Hospitals Consolidation Project – Responsible for all client project management duties in relation to the centralisation of all satellite acute services onto one site (London Road Site). The project required the de-commissioning and closure of the entire Battle Hospital Site, Construction of 50,000m2 of new Hospital Buildings on a congested brown field site surrounded by current surrounded by acute NHS departments. Relocated departments included Diagnostic, HDU, ITU, Mortuary and Operating Theatres in conjunction with ward space for 500 acute and intermediate beds.
