My was responsible for ensuring pricing of the Motrio parts range was correctly positioned in the UK market, whilst generating the turnover required. My was responsible for ensuring pricing of the Motrio parts range was correctly positioned in the UK market, whilst generating the turnover required. Furthermore, as the brand was relatively unknown in the UK, it therefore required promotion and development to become a key player in the field. The development of the brand included the establishment of a subsidiary network of Motrio Service Centres to support the main Renault franchised network, as well as local sourcing of competitively priced consumable products to further expand the range. I had regular contact with central teams at head office in Paris, managed and negotiated with local suppliers and marketing teams, agency website developers, as well as our own field teams who supported both franchised and subsidiary network members. Promoted to Customer Relations Manager for Legal and Serious Incidents which handled more sensitive issues with the potential for legal or media involvement. This also gave me an increased goodwill budget given the nature of some of the issues involved.
