Assembled a new KEEN standard for clear, organized, and thorough communication with factory teams in Asia using PowerPoint and Adobe Illustrator as vehicles for all construction-based updates during the prototyping and commercialization stages.Exceeded 50.0% gross target margin for category products every season with KEEN (S16 - 50.2%; F16 - 51.7%; S17 – 50.9%; F17 – 52.3%; S18 – 51.3%), which was achieved through reviewing cost breakdowns and presenting cost-improvement scenarios; also predict, identify, and solve MOQ, material, and lead-time issues.Communicated bill of materials, construction and product specification tech packets to external vendors while tracking data and maintaining reports.Travel to Asia and within USA.
