Project Officer (contract) for Victorian Department of Health within the division (CEL) responsible for providing infrastructure services, equipment, products, and consumables for COVID response sites - testing, vax and PPE to fixed, pop-up and mobile non-hospital entities across Victoria.

- Cultivate project design and strategy, deliverables and managing the scope of works, developing work breakdown structures, and timelines. Pivotal in identifying project risks, developing project plans and overseeing financials.- Oversight for technical crew and resources to deliver 24 hour, 7 day a week technical services across multiple 5-star venues within VIC. Led the implementation of technical advancements, along with the installation and integration of new technologies to deliver improved technical outcomes. - Successfully led the production team from conceptual design, specification and install of a technical interactive digital experience for 500+ guests at the Virtuoso Symposium Dinner, winning National Special Event of the Year award at MEA, 2020.- Led the design, specification and build of Digital Studio’s for corporate broadcasts at the Melbourne Showgrounds site.- Led the development and roll out of a new digital platform, leading team training on software, equipment specifications to deliver the first virtual event nationally.- Spearheaded the oversight, review and planning of technical training programs within VIC, including Health and Safety courses- Expanded casual crew resource pool from 25 staff to 100+ staff, leading recruitment, training, development and mentoring of staff.- Identified key areas of improvement within existing systems and led the roll-out of Techbox vending facilities across the Melbourne business, resulted in significant savings across venue network.- Led a local project team in relocating Melbourne Warehouse in 2017, overseeing relocation of the large warehouse in Port Melbourne to a smaller suburban site. Required significant reduction in inventory, arranging logistics and ensuring suitable layout and installation of the new warehouse, resulting in substantial costs savings.- Instrumental in rolling out the health and safety processes, ERA’s and SWMS across the business along with training and development programs.

Senior Project Manager (March 2012 – October 2016)Project Manager (January 2008 – March 2012)- Oversaw the delivery of large, complex technical projects including key events involving The Birdcage at the Melbourne Cup, the Australian Open (Melbourne Park) and within 5-star venues at leading Melbourne hotels.- Oversaw the management of simultaneous projects for corporate, mining and technology giants, acting as the Project Lead to manage project resources including technical and construction teams such as builders, graphic designers, multimedia designers and individual contractors required by the event. - Successfully led the management of projects including the ‘Microsoft Tech Ed’ from 2011 to 2016 at Auckland Convention Centre in New Zealand, an event which was attended by over 2,500 delegates and included a multi-day technology update. - Additionally led the Bapcor Group National Convention in 2018 in Singapore, the International Chinese Film Festival at Crown Palladium, the Department of Education and Training for the Victorian Training Awards, the Automotive Brands Group National Convention from 2012 to 2019, and the Federation Internationale de L’Automobile (FIA) International Mobility Week Conference.
