I lead the Airports Business Development team in Uber's Rides business. My team is responsible for leading partnership strategy, building industry engagement, developing partner relationships, and negotiating deals that improve our customers' experiences and drive growth in the airports and travel space.Collaborate closely with Uber’s product, legal, policy, operations, and marketing teams on strategy and execution.

• Identify and advance strategic capital and operational projects at JetBlue airports that drive an improved customer experience and/or operating efficiencies• Support airport operations teams through partnership with key government agencies and officials, including the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP)• Build relationships with government and airport officials in 95+ cities to advocate for JetBlue’s priorities• Define and build internal consensus for JetBlue’s positions on aviation policy, taxes, and regulations

- Served as the direct point of contact for ~15 sell side analysts and buy side investors- Prepared senior leadership for earnings calls, investor days and other investor communication- Created investor presentations delivered by senior leadership at industry conferences and JBLU's 2012, 2013 and 2014 investor days- Conducted competitive analysis of JBLU against other Airline Index peers

- Presented capital projects, revenue strategy and cost savings opportunities to senior leadership- Performed monthly profit and loss analysis on all routes in the JetBlue network- Conducted detailed cost/benefit analysis for internal investment projects within the Commercial team, including optimal aircraft seating configuration, TrueBlue loyalty program member benefits, and airline and credit card partner agreements- Developed route-level cost model to assist the Network Planning team in exploring potential new routes and frequencies
