He has experience in numerous facets of the industrial, commercial and institutional construction industry.During a career of more than 25 years in the institutional and commercial construction industry, Rob has been responsible for the delivery of a wide variety of construction projects ranging from retail operations, industrial facilities, schools, libraries and government facilities. He has hands on experience of the construction process from both the contractors and clients’ perspective and has consistently and successfully completed projects with diverse and complex requirements and tight construction deadlines.His strength lies in his demonstrated leadership, and an ability to identify the concerns of all stakeholders and reach consensus on design and implementation solutions. As an experienced Construction Estimator and Project Manager, he has the experience to analyze the project, mitigate or minimize risks and deliver a superior quality facility while maintaining budget and schedule. Rob has been responsible for key tasks relating to all stages of major project initiatives and is as comfortable carrying out site inspections and writing reports as he is working with the project stakeholders. Timely, clear and concise communication between all parties and team building from the initiation of the project is a key factor to success and Rob places an emphasis on these aspects of project development.
