  Debt Capital Advisory and Debt ListingsRob is a Debt Capital market specialist that includes arranging finance or restructuring debt for medium to large corporate companies and State Owned Enterprises.With a merchant banking back ground Rob has worked in the Dealing rooms trading foreign exchange for large corporations to the sales and distribution of corporate bonds and trading Government bonds.For the last 15 years he has been involved in the Debt origination field that ranges from the marketing, structuring, legal execution, sales and distribution of the notes.He worked for Absa Capital and Investec Capital and was involved in the debt issuance process for the likes of Sappi, Transnet, Nampak and many other South African entities.Whilst working for Standard Chartered Bank Johannesburg he did the same in some countries such as Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania, Botswana and Zambia.For the last 2.5 years he worked as a partner in his own corporate finance business arranging finance for medium to large sized business in South Africa and Zambia.While at Deloitte Capital, Rob issued a listed and rated bond on the JSE and several bonds in Botswana.
