- Responsible for European R&D funding generation and managing Lekatech’s EU project portfolio.- Currently managing two international projects: RHINO (EIC Accelerator / Horizon Europe) and ECHO (EIT Raw Materials) with an overall budget of 9 mln Euros, which aim to pilot, commercialize and scale up Lekatech Electric Hammer in both the mining and construction industries on global level.- Developing Lekatech’s global business by working closely together with customers and other stakeholders.About Lekatech: Lekatech is a startup which has developed its own Electric Breaker Hammer aiming to electrify and digitalize hammering in the mining and construction industries. There is currently no hammering attachment available for scaling machines and excavators to fully exploit all the opportunities this brings. During next year Lekatech will launch its commercial product in the market.

Has been involved in the development of the startup company Delicode Ltd which has created the EFS product, an integrated touch screen solution for measuring and evaluating customer satisfaction .

Worked as an international R&D coordinator at Laurea Leppävaara where he developed and implemented the ‘International Expertise Services’ concept. Main responsibilities; recruitment of researchers around the globe, arrangement of projects with companies in the metropolitan area, building up strategic networks, project management, internship guidance, and writing publications.
