I oversaw the revitalization of sales finishing with seventeen condominiums sold for full price over the final eighteen months of my tenure with the residential division of Pettinaro Construction. My focus was solely on selling homes at The Pointe, a luxury high-rise condominium overlooking the Brandywine River. Pricing ranges from five hundred thousand to one and half million; these are the base prices and they are as well outfitted as you would expect for the price point.

I was the Senior Sales Manager for Signature large single family homes, marketing the golf course community of The Estates of Saint Annes and Back Creek, I also sold the master planned community of Parkside and several off-site production homes. I opened the community of Belden in Newark, Delaware. The average price range for these homes was from the upper 300s through the upper 800s. I enjoyed my time with Anderson Homes and feel that I would be welcome to return, which is a good testament to my service there.

I was a salesperson for Bellevue Realty starting or opening the community Hartefeld in Chester County PA. Hartefeld was a master planned community that began sales in the fall of 1997 and finished in the winter of 2007. I rose from being a salesperson there to finishing as the Senior Vice-President, Sales, for the entire community. Overall, it was considered one of the most successful jobs in the area and I was very proud of my work there and the bottom line production for the job itself. I sold four different types of homes there ranging in price from the upper 200s through to the upper 800s. My most successful years there produced units in excess of fifty per year and volume over 24 million dollars. Successful Realtor and real estate agent co-broke with direct marketing to them led to our greatest success, we were both locally and nationally recognized for our work at Hartefeld. Selling the first home there and finally the last was some of the most satisfying work of my career.
