Responsible for the delivery of training courses on the Charles River Investment Management System to clients served from the EMEA regional office in London and at the head office in Burlington, MA. Also experienced developer of training materials for the Charles River IMS in front-end and technical topics, and expert in privileging for the same system. As.

Primarily responsible for support, training and demonstration of the SS&C Pages reporting suite, working out of the London SS&C office.Whilst the support function (both internal and external) was my primary focus, I was also involved with relationship management, infrastructure management and was heavily involved in providing feedback to the development.

Part time position during degree course. Assisted the Finance Department in implementation of SQL Server based ledger system for a recently merged Healthcare Trust. Reconciled accounts of the three previous trusts and assisted with consolidation into new ledger. Drove automation of many processes to meet this goal.

Responsible for specialised purchasing work for Supplies Department (including contracting, tendering and requisition processing). Developed and maintained two database systems (plus end-user interface) and departmental website.

Responsible for the analysis, correction and distribution of financial reports within the Trust, and assisting in the enhancement of the General Ledger System to improve data integrity, user interface and associated functionality.
