Presently a Business Analyst with syncreon technology Reporting to the Director Global IT Delivery, my responsibilities are to interpret business priorities, problems and opportunities into business systems solutions which may or may not involve change to computer systems or, where a change is involved to business systems solutions, into logical and physical systems/process design. Currently working with a leading brand customer across multiple geographies, working closely and liaising with the customer stakeholders, IT Analysts, Developers. Business Development Teams, Engineering, Process Engineering and Operational teams, working on multiple projects with the ability to effect manage these projects/tasks of various complexities, meeting deadlines and working well under pressure.Facilitating solution workshops, performing Gap Analysis against the company’s current solutions and designing practical, efficient, cost effective solutions providing options with benefits, risk and recommendations. Achievements within this role • Working closely with customer stakeholders to deliver high priority system enhancement to meet the retail demand of their business, i.e. new product launches, additional transport on boarding.• Part of the team to design and implement 3 additional Distribution Centres, in Moscow and Dubai & US with complex additional requirements to the specific country’s customs requirements• Lead Analyst on a complex distribution process into India dealing with their customs requirements and transport arrangements.• A continued progression across all divisions to ensure the highest quality of delivery to satisfy all levels of requirement from the end user on the ground to high level stakeholders • Lead Analyst on the global requirement in the new aviation laws on lithium batteries for air shipments.
