As such, I led the Sales workstream of a major transformation programme resulting in the creation and launch of “Vodafone Partner Services”.

My first management role, I was responsible for leading a team delivering new business sales into the UK SME market through a network of Indirect partners. Having inherited an underperforming business unit with significant service challenges, I was able to turn round the fortunes of our salespeople and our business partners - delivering ahead of plan over a two-year period.
