-Responsible for the West region which encompassed more than 55 MSF of industrial real estate with an estimated value of more than $8 billion. The region consists of an array of warehouse distribution centers, multi-tenant and business park projects in the Southern California, Phoenix and Las Vegas markets. - Accountable for the financial performance and all operations of the region.- Increased the revenue and value of the portfolio by managing a team of 6 asset managers that completed more than 8 MSF of leasing and 300+ lease transactions annually.-Coordinated all regional activity and efforts between asset management, acquisitions and development which included sourcing, underwriting, market insight, data analysis, final deal approval and submittal to investment committee. This resulted in $250 million of development and the acquisition of $280 million of assets in 2020.- Oversaw a team of 12 employees responsible for all operations, construction and property management duties throughout the region with an estimated annual spend of $12 million on capital and $36 million on vacant space preparation and tenant improvements. - Directly performed all leasing efforts as the Market Officer for the 8 MSF portfolio in the Phoenix market.- Participated in quarterly valuation and re-forecasts by providing market assumptions and leasing feedback by asset and market.- Establish internal and external reporting in order to efficiently communicate the performance of the region, assets, and employees.

Responsible for the general oversight of the Southern California portfolio consisting of almost 10 million square feet of industrial product equating to more than 1,100 tenants. I was responsible for all financial and operational aspects of 6.0 million square foot (22+ assets) commercial real estate portfolio located throughout California, Oregon, Washington, Phoenix, and Houston. The portfolio consisted of class A Office real estate product.Additionally, I was responsible for the all aspects of disposing more than $650 million of real estate and more than 10 million dollars in fees in the last 18 months of my tenure at Triple Net Properties. Analyzed, drafted, negotiated and executed all lease proposals and documents for portfolio. Participated in the acquisition process which included Argus analysis, provided market data and review, due diligence, tenant interviews, etc. Participated and responsible for all property management operations, including but not limited to, property budgets, CAM reconciliations, tenant improvements, capital projects, oversight of on-site personnel, etc.

Oversaw (2) two regions consisting of approximately 4 million square feet of commercial real estate (21 Properties). My responsibilities included all aspects of operating and managing the portfolio and overseeing a team of property management personnel. My role also entailed business development duties and client relations for both regions. I tripled the size of the entire portfolio in less than three years and opened a new management office in Los Angeles (Studio City) in 2001.
