Manage all aspects of health, safety, quality and environmental matters throughout the business and on all projects - including the Osborne Naval Shipyard Precinct - with zero LTI'sDuring the design phase of the ONSP project I undertook safety validation on all designs and equipment that was procured for the blast and spray facility and surface treatment line. I also developed all safety, environmental and quality management plans for the project. During the construction phase I undertook my normal role as well as that of onsite Project Manager which required me to liaise with the client (Lendlease) on a daily basis for a range of different project meetings. The facilities that were completed by Oliver Technologies were on time, on budget and LTI free. In addition to the shipyard project I was also heavily involved in the tender bid for the Future Submarines Program - blast and spray facility design. Oliver Technologies were successful in this bid. During the bid one of my key responsibilities was authoring bid documentation. During the 30% design phase I was involved in layout design, safety in design, whole of life factors, Hazop and authoring the Option Study which was successfully presented the ANI, Naval Group and the Commonwealth Government.

I managed the day to day operation of BSA's Prefabrication and Modurarisation of HVAC equipment and ductwork for new Royal Adelaide Hospital. In addition to managing the 7 sites I was also responsible for all of the logistics program. At peak time I had 30 employees across 3 shifts.
