Hi there, I'm Rob and I’m a BI developer with several years experience in various related fields from front end visualization to back end data mining. During my various projects, I have been in the role of BI developer, master data management, data engineer among others.I have worked extensively with database modeling and implemented ER diagrams in real time SQL Server instances.I have had a lot of experience creating, managing and optimizing several database objects within platforms such as SQL Server Management Studio and Teradata SQL Assistant, resolving high level company wide issues and creating new functionalities inside a live data environment.I’ve worked in SSIS using SQL Server Data Tools to manage various OLAP storage systems, structuring ETL processes to populate and manage data marts and data warehouses. I’ve also explored functionality in Informatica.I have extensive experience dashboarding in Tableau and I have also used Power BI to create dynamic reports and dashboards according to business requirements.I’ve become familiar with Python functionality, developing my own code to perform various business tasks and had some exposure to R packages as well.I am a graduate of Data Analysis in a business setting, so I’ve also received training on economics, finance, supply chain, marketing, and other related fields.I like to think of myself as a creative, conceptually driven person who loves to make new discoveries and follow data to find exciting new answers.
