Primary Quality Engineer liaison between factory manufacturing operations and our European business unit and distribution partners (specifically automotive market), but also provide support for our North American and Asian business market. Responsible for providing timely response to customer inquiries.Other areas of focus include daily activities required to support the Quality Management System (ISO9001:2008 / TS16949:2009), including but not limited to managing Control of Nonconforming Product process, participating in audit activities, providing statistical & quality engineering support for new product development, and engaging in & leading multiple Six Sigma projects and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) projects to improve the overall QMS at Henkel.

Determined critical to quality (CTQ) characteristics on key product lines by focusing on device efficacy and patient risk. Successfully implemented and continuously monitored statistical process control (SPC) on injection molding lines. Also conducted investigations into customer complaints, analyzed RMA’s, and completed low level corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) by required due dates. Participated as a core team member in developing and releasing design and process FMEA’s on key arterial catheterization devices.Other areas of responsibility include developing and establishing accurate and precise measurement systems by performing gage repeatability and reproducibility studies (gage R&R), and completing timely equipment qualifications utilizing a variety of measurement equipment including programmable vision measurement machines, optical comparators, and hand gages.
