Whether it be an incorrect 'ideal first customer' or a flawed 'go to market' strategy.I use proven start-up methodologies/doctrines and have developed a commercialisation framework that cuts through ambiguity to create clarity and focus. From an experience perspective I have worked for 30 years in media/marketing, technology and digital innovation. I have a deep, practical understanding of the digital landscape and the technologies driving new consumers and the impact and opportunities for business. I have founded, managed, sold (and closed) a number of business in the advertising, digital marketing and digital technologies space and I’ve acquired the people, leadership, business and board skills that only come from these experiences. My first agency launched and managed the Microsoft brand in the Asia Pacific region for its first ten years and went on to partner with a number of leading Australian brands planning and implementing their digital transformation strategies. I’m well versed in marketing technologies and have had considerable experience in the start-up space, incubating and assisting next generation businesses with their business models and technology platforms.I’m keenly interested in disruptive business models, their impact on traditional businesses and what it takes for business to respond grow in this digital age.
