My name is Rob, and I am a martial arts, self defence, use of force and fitness specialist based in Buckinghamshire.Having spent 3 years in the Police, along with 8 Years in the Royal Navy and a further over two years working in a forensic mental health setting, I combine practical real world based knowledge and experience with nearly 20 years training in the martial arts - primarily Shotokan and Goju-Ryu karate and supplemented with Judo, Boxing, Kickboxing and Wrestling. I have competed at the regional level in kickboxing and karate, and internationally as a sumo wrestler.Alongside this I have worked as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning specialist with a range of clients from general population clients wishing to improve their general health, through club level programs for the martial arts, to working with a nationally ranked Irish TKD fighter. I currently hold a DipHE in Sport Science from the Open University.I am able to provide bespoke programming for individual needs, or integrate into a wider program alongside other coaches.
