Developed SOPs (processes and materials) that involve all members of the recruiting team, providing the Navy with the most qualified candidates, as evidenced by a 100% physical screening test pass rate with no drops at Naval Recruit Training Command.Process Improvement and Best Practices-Created comprehensive training continuum for future sailors entering NSW (SEAL & SWCC), NSO (EOD & Diver), and AIRR pipelines, known as SOF-X.-Created easy to understand Progress Matrix to ensure continual candidate improvement.-Wrote comprehensive NSW/NSO/AIRR Training Guide that covers basic exercise science, nutrition, and pipeline-specific training issues.-Developed specialized interactive training tool for optimal performance on NSW/NSO/AIRR physical screening test.-Developed 12-Week “Pipeline-Specific” programming for NSW/NSO/AIRR contracted candidates.-Created comprehensive Advanced Training Pipeline Assessment for “Optimal Readiness” training.-Implemented web-based portal for dissemination of information to candidates and Naval Recruiting District Portland team.-Trained and equipped NRD “NSW/NSO/AIRR Scouts” to conduct routine screening sessions in their local areas, reducing travel costs and allowing for more focused training where it is needed.

Improved Pass and Remain rate at RTC from below 50% to over 85% in less than one year.-As US CrossFit Manager and Head Coach:o Oversaw build-out of high-end training facility in the heart of Encinitas, CA.o Organized and executed successful business development strategy.o Trained individuals and groups, utilizing constantly varied functional movement at relatively high intensity. Developed continuum of training to ensure proper application of technique in performing technically demanding movements. o Successfully grew membership at or above projected rate.-As Program Director, SEALfit Kokoro* Camp:o Assisted with development of a training experience like no other – fostering optimal human performance in the face of chaos and adversity.o Acting as Head Coach for the initial 9 Kokoro Camps, I designed classroom curriculum and field training objectives, conducted ORM for all evolutions, and interacted with students in and out of training environment.
