Current- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering orders promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for Kroger customers.- Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating Kroger's Seamless Experience and delivery process to customers, enhancing brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.- Maintain a high degree of professionalism and personal presentation during interactions with customers, leaving a positive impression of Kroger's service.- Safely operate a company vehicle in strict accordance with Kroger's driving standards, prioritizing road safety and adherence to traffic regulations.- Ensure timely and intact delivery of customer orders, promptly addressing and resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the delivery process.- Proactively communicate with customers during the delivery route, keeping them informed of any changes or issues, in strict adherence to Kroger's delivery standards.- Maintain accurate records of customer deliveries, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and attention to detail.- Collaborate with fellow drivers to provide assistance when encountering difficulties during deliveries, fostering a cohesive and supportive team environment.- Uphold food safety regulations by monitoring and recording temperatures to ensure goods are stored within the correct temperature guidelines, promoting health and safety.- Handle products safely in compliance with food safety guidelines, promptly reporting any significant breakages or contamination concerns to the supervisor.- Conduct pre-inspection checks on the company vehicle before use, promptly reporting any defects or issues to the supervisor for maintenance or repair.- Proficiently operate company-provided technology devices for mapping and customer interaction, optimizing delivery efficiency and accuracy.
