Build Team awareness of the company services and products. Promote Vision & Mission in daily job conduct / Talent acquisition. Assisting in job discerption, job analysis, also understanding of the competencies - skills required to accomplish needed tasks, and the needs of the org to increase productivity. Amend the existing HR policies, and adapt /recommend improvements as appropriate. Ensure that company policies, procedures are consistently and firmly followed Visa and all papers process for new hires . Assisting the business leaders within corporate with an aim at achieving the efficient use of human resources. Advise and educate employees on Company Policies & Procedures. Handling employee issues, motivating subordinates and building teams, in order to increase productivity and boost employee morale
