At Atelm Ltd, along with the day-to-day operations, I took care of all the technical aspects of running an affiliate company, from building the websites to setting up and supporting the servers for the hosting.

After the Pericom support desk moved over to FWBS, I quickly became the lead of the support desk. I dealt with the day-to-day running of the team and was the main point of call for escalating calls. The main product was a .NET product with its own SDK to allow for customisation. It was tied in with the Microsoft Office suite of applications with a Microsoft SQL server on the back end.I handled all calls for the product but mainly focused on the SDK calls, which involved me learning some C#.

At Pericom, I worked on a busy support desk, providing technical support over the phone relating to server and desktop support.

At Synstar, I started as an Installation engineer working on various projects. I gained my Microsoft Certified Professional qualification by successfully passing seven Microsoft exams in Windows 2000. I ended up doing site cover for both 1st and 2nd line support and working within the 3rd line support team.
