•Manage daily operations of the Professional Services Temporary and Direct-Hire Practices. •Utilize full cycle recruiting skills and vendor management /relationship skills to ensure client and candidate satisfaction•Develop relationships with top senior level management from CFO, Vice President, Director, Talent Acquisition, HR and Controller primarily for the Greater Boston area•Consult clients by evaluating their specific staffing needs and requirements, present proposals to better improve employee screening and productivity programs•Create new business accounts, arrange meetings with key decision makers and conduct market research for lead generation of new business. •Deliver quality placements; specializing in Executive level Accounting & Finance, Healthcare, Operations and Administration •Build and maintain partnerships within a highly competitive industry •Recruit highly qualified professionals for healthcare, administrative, accounting + finance, and various other industries as well as internal recruiting staff •Responsible for recruiting, sales, lead generation, retention, forecasting, recruiter and sales goals/projections•Maintain candidate / client database. •Thoroughly screen and interview all potential candidates prior to placement•Responsible for training, development and leadership of all Recruiters and Account Managers within the Professional Services Divisions (both Contract and Direct-Hire). •Supervise and manage candidate/client tracking, data entry management and job postings on pay job boards as well as company website•Negotiate client contracts and terms and conditions•Conduct weekly staff meetings; implement new policy and procedure•Run a full desk in addition to department responsibilities when needed
