This has led to volleyball being regarded as one of the top five participation sports offers at University.• Further Education – Working in conjunction with AOC Sport I have joined the strategic development and communication of the national further education offer to colleges. This evolving offer is designed to be adaptable to suit the ever-changing landscape of further education. This has contributed toward volleyball being the 4th most played team sport in colleges.• Schools – Being a very under-represented area in the sport I am leading the schools review and development strategy. Within the 2024 strategy we aim to offer volleyball to 60% of primary schools and 70% of secondary schools. The project will encompass resource development, workforce development and a strong route to market.• UK Sport International Relations – After obtaining funding from UK Sport to support the National Associations of Namibia and Zambia I will be project managing a 2 year programme to upskill the nations.
