Duties include- Supervision of staff and a busy honey packing line. Preparation of the honey prior to packing -Training of staff. - Completion of HACCP documents and updating of procedures – Ultra Filtering of the honey for the cosmetic industry.

Offering training services in Fork Lift Trucks, MEWPs, Telescopic Load Handlers, HIAB Cranes, First Aid at Work, EFAW, Health & Safety courses as required by the customers.

HSE OfficerDuties include- Multi-site HSE Management - Safety Organiser software maintenance – Risk Assessment Control – Contractor Control - Waste Management – Climate Change Levy – Packaging Waste – Internal fork lift training for all sites-Inductions-H&S Training-Liability Claims Management.HR & HSE OfficerDuties include- All Training and HR Officer duties – Multi-site HSE Manager – Waste Management – Climate Change Levy – Management of the Factory Shop – Management of site housekeeping – Safety Organiser software maintenanceTraining & HR OfficerDuties include-Recruitment Management of internal /external training- Input/maintenance of personnel files for 200+ - internal fork lift training for all sites-Inductions-H&S Training - Employment law & company policy advisory service to management

Duties include-NVQ Assessment of trainees’ in Specialised Plant & Machinery/Operations/ Retail / Customer Service / Warehouse & Distribution /Engineering / PMO - Initial Assessment - Training Plans - Reviews - Delivery oflift truck training courses - Trainee support & Mentoring during NVQ programme - Marketing - Site H&S inspection / Induction - Development of Training Programmes - Key Skills Assessment - Customer Liaison
