Tech Services Supervisor (Aspen Pharma)
Current> Map the existing internal processes and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement within the line of business and across the business. > Apply the process excellence tools and techniques to understand, analyse, document, and recommend future process solutions in line with business needs.> Analyse as-is process models, then compare them to to-be designs and determine necessary changes for arriving at improved state, then communicate these effectively to relevant stakeholders, building the case for change where necessary.> Create in-depth root cause analyses for the highest-priority opportunities.> Proactively work with business unit/ business SMEs and perform gap analyses to identify continuous improvement opportunities across the organisation.> Actively engage with stakeholders to ensure recommended solutions are in line with business needs.> Establish and set up best practices in relation to process optimisation tools, including project management methodology, processes, and deliverables management – Operational excellence tracker.> Facilitate workshop with relevant stakeholders/teams to capture AS-IS and TO-BE processes.> Facilitate training for relevant stakeholders/teams.
