This proved very beneficial and linked all departments giving Real-Time clarification to the company’s daily production.My time was also spent on sites monitoring quality control and progress of the installation teams ensuring installation was completed as per the visuals and installed and the production team intended. I was approached and offered the job in 2011, since starting I have completely re-organised the office side of the business computerising the systems and putting procedures in place to reduce mistakes and ease/simplify the day to day running of the company.My responsibilities were to programme all works, this would involve coordination between the customers and our template, production and fixing teams. For the factory manufacture I produced all the documentation and drawings in a clear and precise format to reduce any mistakes previously being made during the manufacturing process. It was important to keep a good rapport with both the production and installation staff and I feel that I had this. It also helped with the fact that having worked within every part of the business that I could relate to and help solve any problems that may arise. Other duties included processing the material orders, controlling all the invoicing and payments that came into the company, collected deposits, invoicing balances and filing in an organised manner for the book keeper.
