Assisted in the origination of an on-site college education program, the creation of the Seneca Academy - an independent school initiative, and departmental organization and structuring.Coordinator, 1st Annual AIAN East Coast Cluster Meeting November 2008Polled, organized, and logistically assembled the first AIAN East Coast Cluster meeting for Native Head Start programs at the Seneca-Niagara casino. Worked with Training and Technical Assistance staff to assemble training to meet the needs of the programs in attendance. Consultant, AIAN Expert Consultation on the Head Start Performance Standards March 2008One of twenty-two consultants to the Administration for Children and Families on the Head Start Performance Standards in light of the Improving Head Start for School Readiness Act of 2007. Requested to participate as an expert in Program Design and Management to consult with federal staff and other content area experts from a Tribal perspective.
