I am an enthusiastic people manager with an executive, tactical and strategic overview. I have a wide experience in the correctional field and its connection with a large network of partners. Connecting people and organisation and achieving the joint meeting results are two of my strongest competences. Believing that people can change is my most important drive. That is why I think that organizations can change and inmates can succesfully reintegrate into society. I have worked on every level and led almost all function groups. I also know what it is like to lead a total organisation. Because of my experience in the reintegration of inmates and chain/network cooperation I have spoken several times at (international) conferences. Highlights for me are the conferences in Berlin (2000), Glasgow/Edinburgh (2004), Bratislava (2006), Praque (2008), Bucharest (2012), Schwetzingen (2014) and Lisbon 2019.
