Provided analysis and installation of energy management systems to improve power quality and reduce cost for mining operations. Also, provided engineering rebuilds for both above ground and underground mining equipment.

Direct Group was the largest mailing entity in the Philadelphia metro area, also the east coast’s largest manufacturer of direct marketing acquisition and continuity materials. Company generated over 1.3 Billion pieces of solicitation and continuity direct mail annually. Recruited by a NYC private equity company to expand the company through both organic and acquisition growth. Developed and implement a business plan that included the acquisition of two additional companies. Responsible for strategic business growth, acquisitions, sales team, manufacturing, and human resources.

Prinexus was a marketing services company and roll-up holding company owned by a New York City-based private equity firm. Prinexus services included high-end color imaging and commercial printing, lenticular printing, commercial printing and packaging, internet marketing, and video production.
