The deal adds much needed scale to Coors Distributing and has an NPV of $50M.-Led the renegotiation and restructuring of the credit and contract brewing agreements between MillerCoors and Pabst Brewing Company which resulted in a significant reduction in MillerCoors financial exposure and secured our long-term contract brewing profit stream.-Led the financial and market analysis and prepared a recommendation for repurchasing the Grolsch Import rights in the U.S. Negotiated the final deal with the current Importer and developed an integration plan to ensure a smooth transition. Annual revenue impact is $40M.-Assist in the development of the annual MillerCoors strategic plan.
